What are your business hours?
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. For emergencies, we're available 24/7 — nights, weekends, and holidays. Call (808) 353-8445 anytime.
How fast can you get to my location?
We serve all of Oahu and typically arrive within our 2-hour appointment window. We're the only plumber in Hawaii with an On-Time Arrival Guarantee — if we're late, you get up to 20% off your service (max $300 discount).
What areas do you serve?
We serve the entire island of Oahu, from Waianae to Hawaii Kai, North Shore to Waikiki. Our team is based in Waianae and dispatches across the island daily. No matter where you are on Oahu, we'll come to you.
Do I need to be home for the plumber to arrive?
Yes, someone 18 or older needs to be present to authorize the work and provide access. We'll call you 30 minutes before arrival so you can plan accordingly. If you need to reschedule, just give us a call.
