Plumbing Emergency?
Burst pipe, sewer backup, or a water heater flooding the garage? Do not wait on a form. Call (808) 353-8445 now. Our average emergency response time is 30 to 60 minutes, and we provide any emergency service needed, anywhere on Oahu.
Three Easy Ways to Book
Book online: Use the booking tool on this page to tell us what is going on, where you are on Oahu, and what time works for you. It is available any time, day or night.
Call us: Our office line is (808) 353-8445. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday, 8 AM to 3 PM. After hours, our emergency line is still answered 24/7, so a real plumbing emergency never waits until morning.
Text us: Text the same number, 808-353-8445, with a short description of the problem. A photo of the leak, the water heater tag, or the backed-up drain helps us bring the right parts on the first trip.
What Happens After You Book
First, you get a confirmation by email with your appointment details and your scheduled arrival window. On the day of your visit, when your technician is dispatched, you get an "On Our Way" text so you know help is actually moving, not just promised.
When we arrive, we look at the problem, explain what we found in plain language, and give you the full written scope and price before any work starts. Nothing begins until you know the entire cost and sign off on it. Most repairs take about 2 to 3 hours once approved. Payment is due when the work is complete, and every job is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee: we fix the issue, or you do not pay.
Running Late Is On Us
Your time matters. We are the only plumbing company in Hawaii with an On Time Arrival Guarantee. If we miss your scheduled 2-hour arrival window, you get 5% off for every 30 minutes we are late, up to 20% off your service, capped at a $300 maximum per service call.
