1. Services Overview

Hawai'i Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Squad provides professional plumbing services throughout the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Drain cleaning, rooter services, and hydro jetting
• Plumbing repairs, installations, and repiping
• Water heater installation, repair, and replacement (including tankless)
• Sewer line repair, replacement, and trenchless rehabilitation
• Sewer camera inspection, pipe descaling, and pipe coating
• Emergency plumbing services (available 24/7)
• Leak detection and pipe repair
• Gas line services, water filtration, and sump pump installation
• Commercial and residential plumbing

2. Service Area

We serve all communities on the island of Oahu, Hawaii, including but not limited to Honolulu, Kailua, Kaneohe, Pearl City, Kapolei, Ewa Beach, Mililani, Waianae, Waikiki, Aiea, Hawaii Kai, North Shore (Haleiwa), Wahiawa, Waimanalo, Makakilo, and Salt Lake. Our main office is located at 87-417 Kulaaupuni St, Waianae, Hawaii 96792. Service availability may vary based on location and scheduling.

3. On-Time Arrival Guarantee

We are Hawaii's only plumbing company offering an On-Time Arrival Guarantee. Under this guarantee, we commit to arriving within your scheduled 2-hour appointment window. If we fail to arrive within the designated window, you will receive a discount based on the following tiered structure:

Maximum discount: $300 per service call. This guarantee applies to scheduled appointments only, not emergency dispatch calls. Weather emergencies, natural disasters, road closures, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may void this guarantee. The discount is applied to the total service invoice before tax.

4. Pricing and Payment

Free Estimates: We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are based on information provided during scheduling and visual inspection upon arrival. Actual costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during service. Any changes to the estimate will be communicated and approved by you before work proceeds.

Upfront Pricing: We provide upfront, transparent pricing before any work begins. You will know the exact cost before we start. No hidden fees, no surprise charges.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover).

Financing: We offer financing options through Wisetack for qualified customers. Financing terms, approval, and interest rates are subject to Wisetack's policies and credit requirements. Hawai'i Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Squad is not a lender and does not determine financing eligibility.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments: Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (808) 353-8445, through our website contact form, or via our online booking system. We offer 2-hour appointment windows during our regular business hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Cancellations: We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a scheduling fee for future appointments. Emergency cancellations are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work. Jack Perry personally guarantees the quality of every job performed by our team:

• Labor Warranty: Varies by service type (typically 30–90 days for repairs, up to 1 year for installations)
• Parts Warranties: Manufacturer warranties apply and are passed through to you
• Warranty Claims: Must be reported promptly by calling (808) 353-8445
• Exclusions: Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, third-party modifications, or failure to follow maintenance recommendations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Hawaii state law, Hawai'i Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Squad, its owner Jack Perry, and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Property Access and Conditions

By scheduling service, you represent that:

• You are the property owner or have authorization from the property owner to request plumbing services
• You will provide safe and reasonable access to work areas, including clearing the area around the plumbing issue
• You will disclose any known hazards, asbestos, lead paint, or conditions that may affect our work or technician safety
• Pets will be secured during service visits
• Someone 18 years or older will be present to authorize work and provide access

9. Emergency Services

Emergency plumbing services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Emergency calls are dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis. Emergency service rates may differ from standard rates. Our On-Time Arrival Guarantee does not apply to emergency dispatch calls, as response times depend on current call volume and technician availability.

10. Coupons and Promotions

Coupons and promotional offers must be presented before work begins. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers unless specifically stated. The On-Time Arrival Guarantee discount may be applied in addition to a coupon. Coupons have expiration dates and terms as listed on each individual offer. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any promotion at any time.

11. SMS Text Message Terms

By opting in to receive text messages (SMS) from Hawai'i Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Squad through our website forms, our dedicated Opt-In page, or by providing your phone number during service scheduling, you agree to the following terms:

Consent

By checking the SMS consent checkbox on any of our forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Hawai'i Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Squad at the phone number you provided. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message Types

• Transactional Messages: Appointment confirmations, technician arrival notifications, service completion updates, and invoice/payment reminders

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your service activity and communication preferences. Transactional messages are sent as needed for active service appointments. Marketing messages are limited to a reasonable frequency.

Costs

Hawai'i Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Squad does not charge for text messages. However, standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your messaging plan.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation directly with Jack Perry, owner. If negotiation fails within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Honolulu, Hawaii, in accordance with Hawaii state law. The prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney's fees and costs.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Hawaii, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
